What utilities am I responsible for?
Residents are responsible for electric, heat, phone, internet and cable.
Do you have on-site management?
Yes. Office hours are Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm. Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours per day.
Is parking available?
Heated garage parking and surface lot spaces are available.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, The Edge is dog and cat friendly and accepts pets with a combined weight limit of 70 lbs.
Do you offer flexible lease terms?
We offer 3-15 month flexible lease terms for market rate and affordable requires a 12-month lease for the first year.
What are my options for paying my rent?

Is smoking allowed at The Edge at Gray’s Landing?
No. The Edge is a smoke-free community.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. The security deposit is $300.
What is the application fee?
The application fee is $50 per adult applicant. Background checks will be conducted with application fee.
Are there income restrictions at The Edge at Gray’s Landing?
Income restrictions may apply to some apartments, however The Edge has no student restrictions. Please call for details.
